The Keto Diet is also known as ketogenic diet. The Keto diet is good for people with memory loss, cancer, and people who want to lose weight. The Keto diet isn’t new; it was created in the 1920s.

The Keto diet was originally created in 1921, by Russell Wilder at Mayo Clinic, for epileptic patients to control seizures. In 1938, many doctors abandoned the keto diet in favor of drugs to treat epileptic cases. The Keto diet fell back into favor in 1999.

The keto diet can slow and even reverse some of the symptoms of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Keto diets can’t cure the natural progression of dementia, but it can prevent the memory loss disease. Improving energy in the brain, it reduces glucose restores and some cognitive memory function. Studies on humans showed that cancer cells decreased by 24.3 Percent for patient on the keto diet.
